Exceeded if: Target reached by Dec 31, 2025 or sustained above $130K for 3 consecutive months.

When implemented:

EBITDA enhancement via cost controls + high-margin project focus → EBITDA margin from BASE: 4% to TARGET: 12% by Mar 31, 2026.

Exceeded if: Margin hits 14% or achieved by Jan 31, 2026.

When implemented:

Pre-sale brand/asset packaging → Market valuation from BASE: $1.5M to TARGET: $2.0M by sale close (target: no later than Apr 30, 2026).

Exceeded if: Valuation ≥$2.2M or signed LOI by Feb 28, 2026.
